Getting started is simple. Reach out through our contact form or schedule a call—we’ll walk you through the next steps and answer any questions along the way.

How do I pay?

You will receive an invoice to your email after the task is completed which can be paid using Venmo or Zelle. 

Travel Charges, Fees, and Surcharges

There will be a Travel Charge applied for any errand service outside of 10 Miles.

There will be a ‘No-Show Fee’ of $10.00 if you fail to cancel 24 Hours prior to your scheduled slot. There is no cancellation fee.

Are you Licensed and Insured?

Yes, Next Door Helping Hands is fully insured for your protection and peace of mind.
